The Colosseum was the most important  amphitheatre built  during the roman empire from the Flavian dynasty: Emperor Titus inaugurated it in 80 A.D. Its construction took eight years. Animal hunts or fights between wild beasts would take place in the Colosseum in the morning and later in the day gladiator fights. Second part of the tour will be inside the Roman Forum which is the largest outdoor museum in the world. It was born and took its place as the political, administrative centre of the ancient city. It’s possible extended the tour to the Palatine( connected with the Roman Forum),were splendid Imperial palaces were later built and the spot where the  city of Rome was founded.

At the end of the private tour It’s possible added a walking tour to Trevi Fountain( the  Pantheon, Navona square ) or a food tour in the Ghetto to taste the famous artichoke  and a good glass of wine.
